Development of STUC, an on-demand roadside assistance and car care marketplace for iOS and Android, including: Customer mobile application (Flutter) Provider mobile application (Flutter) Web-based Super Admin Panel (React.js) Laravel backend with MySQL database Stripe Connect marketplace payment integration Google Maps, GPS, and push notification integrations Customer and provider authentication (Email, Apple, Google) Core launch services: Dead Battery / Jump Start Vehicle Lockout Flat Tire Change Towing & Recovery Fuel Delivery Car Detailing Mobile Oil Change Dynamic service catalog for future service expansion Provider onboarding, verification, service preferences, service radius, and availability management Customer booking flow, live provider tracking, ratings & reviews, receipts, and service history Landing page with waitlist, SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel Full source code, GitHub repository, intellectual property, and account ownership transferred to the client App Store and Google Play deployment assistance Six months of post-launch maintenance The complete project scope, features, deliverables, timeline, weekly milestones, acceptance criteria, ownership rights, payment terms, and all other project requirements are defined in the attached "STUC SOW Mobile App & Admin Panel V1.2" document, which is incorporated into and forms part of this contract.
