The visual design is heavily inspired by UXUA.com—characterized by sophisticated serif typography, vast whitespace, and extreme cleanliness. Performance, speed, and immaculate clean code are the absolute top priorities for this project, as the site will drive aggressive Google Ads traffic. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Platform: WordPress hosted on WP Engine. - Theme/Builder: Strictly custom development using block editor (Gutenberg) with lightweight native blocks (e.g., GeneratePress or Kadence) plus pure custom CSS. DO NOT apply if you intend to use Elementor, Divi, or heavy visual builders. - Performance (WPO): Mobile PageSpeed score must be 90 plus. - Video Handling (Crucial): Implement Asynchronous / Lazy-Loading Video for the Hero section.
