Job Description: We are looking to optimize our WordPress website hosted on Kinsta to free up disk space and clean up backend clutter. The goal is to safely slim down the site’s files and database footprint to avoid unnecessary hosting plan upgrades." "Scope of Work: \- Initial Audit & Backup: Run a full website and database backup via Kinsta before any changes are made. Analyze Kinsta analytics to identify the primary sources of storage consumption. \- Database Optimization: Remove accumulated clutter, including expired transients, spam/trashed items, and redundant database rows. \- Post Revision Control: Clean out thousands of old, unneeded historical post revisions and implement a strict revision limit in wp-config.php to prevent future database bloat. \- File System Clean Up: Use SFTP to audit the wp-content directory, removing orphan folders left behind by deleted plugins, obsolete backup files, and runaway server error logs. \- Media Library Review: Identify duplicate or unoptimized heavy media files currently eating up file system space. \- Reporting: Provide a brief summary of how much total disk space was successfully recovered post-cleanup.
