Description

I'm having an issue receiving the contacts made through my website. I went in and requested it as if I were a prospective client, using my personal email address. I received a confirmation to my personal email that I had submitted a request, but I was never notified on the practitioner side. This happened in 2018 and 2020. The first time, Inga said, "Ann, seems there has been some kind of system error caused by the conflict in WordPress and plugins versions. I think WordPress core has updated automatically. Anyway, I've updated everything to the current versions, adjusted the settings and disabled any possible auto updates to prevent any errors in future."
