Summary We need an experienced developer to build a long-term automation system for a title insurance company. We need an experienced developer to build a long-term automation system. **What you'll build:** - Email intake and classification system (12+ workflow types) - Workflow orchestration engine with configurable routing rules - Browser automation against title software and external portals - Document generation (affidavits, closing statements, policies, etc.) - Human review queue (approval dashboard before anything sends out) - AI secretary layer: voice and chat interface, persistent memory, multi-user support **Key requirements:** - Proven experience with browser automation (Playwright, Selenium) - Email API integration (Gmail, Microsoft 365) - Workflow orchestration or RPA experience - Ability to handle software with no public API - Strong communication; this is a long-term partnership, not a one-off gig **Timeline & Payment:** Phased project with staged payments.
