Summary We are looking for an AI engineer to build an autonomous customer acquisition agent. The agent should continuously scan the web and public communities to find Etsy and Shopify sellers who show signals that they need help growing their business. The workflow: * Discover relevant sellers automatically across Reddit, communities, forums, social platforms, and other public sources * Identify their Etsy/Shopify store * Analyze their store, products, listings, reviews, and business signals * Understand their challenges and why they may need help * Decide if they are a good fit customer * Write a highly personalized outreach email mentioning their specific store, products, and situation * Send the email automatically or place it in an approval queue * Track responses and manage leads in CRM The goal is to build an AI SDR agent that can independently find high-intent sellers and start relevant conversations without manual prospecting.
