We're planning to build an AI Voice Agent for our business and need an experienced AI engineer to provide a written consultation and architecture review before development begins. Our use case is for an insurance company, where the voice agent should help automate tasks such as: Answering customer inquiries Collecting lead information Pre-qualifying potential customers Scheduling appointments with insurance agents Routing calls to the appropriate department Answering common questions about policies and claims What I need Review the project requirements Provide written recommendations for the best implementation approach Recommend the ideal technology stack (VAPI, Retell, Claude, OpenAI, LangGraph, etc.) Identify potential technical challenges and scalability considerations Suggest a production-ready architecture Deliverables Written consultation with recommendations A concise 1–2 page architecture document Recommended technology stack High-level system architecture Voice agent call flow Integration recommendations (CRM, calendar, telephony, etc.) Development roadmap and next steps Ideal Freelancer Experience with: AI Voice Agents VAPI or Retell AI Claude or OpenAI LangGraph Twilio FastAPI or Node.js CRM integrations Voice automation This is a small discovery project. If the written consultation and architecture document meet our expectations, this may lead to a larger project to build the complete AI Voice Agent.
