We're building a voice-enabled AI assistant for our platform and need an experienced full-stack AI engineer to bring it to life. The assistant should handle real-time conversational interactions, understand context, and be accessible through a clean SaaS-style admin dashboard. This is a focused, well-scoped project ideal for someone who has already built voice AI or conversational AI systems. SCOPE OF WORK Build a Voice AI and conversational AI system with real-time speech input and response capabilities Integrate OpenAI API or Gemini with custom LLM prompt engineering for natural, context-aware dialogue Develop a FastAPI backend to handle voice processing, session management, and API development Create a React or Next.js frontend with Tailwind CSS — a clean SaaS-style admin dashboard for managing conversations and settings Use PostgreSQL for storing conversation history and user data Containerize with Docker and deploy to a cloud platform with scalable architecture in mind Ensure low latency, system reliability, and production-ready code throughout TECH STACK WE PREFER Python · FastAPI · OpenAI API · Gemini · LangChain · React · Next.js · Tailwind CSS · PostgreSQL · Docker · cloud deployment · REST API IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS Real experience with Voice AI, speech processing, or conversational AI in production Full-stack capability — able to deliver backend, AI integration, and frontend without hand-holding Familiarity with SaaS development and building multi-user admin dashboard
