Summary About the Role We are looking for a motivated and resourceful AI Engineering Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of software development experience who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and contributing to innovative AI-driven products. As a Developer, you will work closely with the founding team to design, build, and enhance product features, while gaining exposure to emerging technologies, including agentic AI systems and automation tools. We're early enough that the systems you build now won't be throwaway — they'll be the foundation company inherits. The patterns you set for how we run LLM pipelines, how we write evals, how we keep outputs trustworthy will outlive everything and shape how company is built for years. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain software applications and product features. Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code. Design, manage, and optimize database structures and queries. Assist in the development and integration of AI-powered and agentic workflows. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to translate requirements into functional solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong working knowledge of Python. Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with agentic AI tools, AI workflows, automation platforms, or AI agents. Understanding of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and solve technical challenges effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI/ML applications or LLM-based products. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools. Startup experience is an asset.
