Summary Founding AI Product Architect (Expert Level) Build a Category-Defining AI Product We're building a proprietary AI product that will become a core part of a luxury e-commerce brand. This is not a chatbot project. We're looking for an exceptional AI product architect with a proven track record of designing and shipping production AI products that customers actually use and that deliver measurable business results. If your experience is primarily prompt engineering, AI wrappers, tutorials, or personal projects, this role is probably not the right fit. What You'll Own AI product architecture Recommendation and retrieval systems Conversational AI experience Product strategy and technical roadmap Shopify integration MVP development through launch Long-term product evolution You'll work directly with the founder and will be expected to recommend the right solution, not simply build to specification. Required Experience You must demonstrate: Multiple production AI products you've personally architected or played a leading role in building Proven commercial impact (revenue, conversion, retention, engagement, or operating efficiencies) Experience with LLMs, RAG, structured retrieval, APIs, and production deployments Strong product thinking and systems architecture Exceptional written and spoken English Outstanding communication with non-technical founders High standards for craftsmanship, accuracy, documentation, and maintainability Product Standards Technical ability alone is insufficient. This product must feel elegant, intuitive, trustworthy, and seamlessly integrated into a premium customer experience. We're looking for someone with exceptional product taste who understands customer psychology, interaction design, and how thoughtful technology can become a competitive advantage.
