Summary We're a small advisory that works privately with individuals and families around psychological wellbeing. It's pretty discreet, high-touch stuff, and the honest truth is that everything important about a client is currently scattered across notes, intake forms, my inbox, and my own head. It worked fine when it was just a handful of people. It's starting not to. So I want to build one thing and see how it goes. When a new client comes in, I want their intake to basically become a clean writeup for us. A short read on their situation, what they actually seem to need, the kinds of practitioners we'd probably bring in, anything sensitive we should be careful about, and a couple of smart questions to open the first conversation with. Purely internal. Nothing client facing, and I don't want AI anywhere near the actual advising. I'd want it built on Claude, in our own accounts so it's ours, and I'd need a plain-English writeup on how to run it once you're gone. And I want to see it actually work on a couple of our real examples before we call it finished. I've been burned by slick demos that fall apart the second you use real data. Ideally you've built this kind of thing for real, in production, and can tell me where it's a bad idea as much as where it helps. Bonus if you've done work in healthcare or anywhere privacy actually matters. Budget is fixed and I'd like to move fairly quickly, probably a few days.
