Summary AI Voice Agent Developer Summary Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI voice agent developer for a pilot project building an outbound AI voice bot for a financial services client. This is a pilot engagement with a clear path to a full production build for the right developer who delivers well. About the Project: The bot will make automated outbound calls to clients, conduct natural interactive conversations, detect and record verbal promises to pay, and log call outcomes to a CRM system via API. The pilot covers a limited deployment to prove the concept before we move to full production scale. Pilot Scope: Build a functional outbound AI voice agent using LiveKit Agents and Twilio Integrate Deepgram for speech to text and ElevenLabs for text to speech Implement Claude API for conversation intelligence Design a collections conversation flow including greeting, objection handling, promise to pay detection, and escalation trigger Basic CRM integration via REST API to log call outcome and promise to pay details Call recording with outcome logging Deploy to cloud server, AWS or Digital Ocean Basic documentation of the system architecture Tech Stack Required: LiveKit Agents Twilio for telephony and outbound calling Deepgram STT ElevenLabs TTS Claude API or GPT-4 for conversation AI Python for backend development REST API integration AWS or Digital Ocean deployment or any other cloud provider Required Skills: Proven experience building AI voice agents or real time conversational AI systems Strong Python development skills Hands on experience with LiveKit Agents or similar real time audio frameworks Experience with Twilio or equivalent telephony platforms Experience integrating with third party CRM systems via REST API Ability to deploy and manage Python applications on cloud servers Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines What I am NOT looking for: Developers without real voice agent or telephony experience Generic chatbot developers with no real time audio background AI generated proposals with no portfolio evidence Developers who cannot communicate clearly in English Timeline: Pilot build to be completed within 3 to 4 weeks of project start. What Happens After the Pilot: If the pilot delivers successfully and the client moves to full production, the selected developer will be given first preference on the production build contract, which is a significantly larger engagement.
