Description

Summary We run multiple e-com stores on Shopify and are building an internal sales CRM so our phone sales team can work leads: abandoned checkouts, declined payments, inbound calls, new customers, and reactivation lists. We need a developer (or small team) to build Phase 1 fast. Our guiding rule: Build the minimum structure that lets the sales team operate now. If a feature takes more than 1–2 weeks and would block go-live, build a manual bridge first and the ideal version later. Phase 1 — Must Have Stores & integrations 2 Shopify stores to start (more added later) Connect to: Shopify, ReCharge (subscriptions), Aircall (calls), existing lead sheets/CSV imports, product/SKU data Lead types Abandoned checkouts (not abandoned carts — those come later) Declined payments Inbound/missed calls (if Aircall mapping is straightforward) New orders / new customers Old customer / reactivation lists (if available) Rep workflow View leads by store Claim a lead or be assigned one; lead locks so two reps never call the same person Open a customer profile showing: Shopify order/customer history, ReCharge subscription status, product/SKU context, and direct links to the Shopify/ReCharge records Call through Aircall (or use Aircall alongside the CRM) Update disposition/status, add notes, set next step/follow-up, mark sold/payment link sent Each rep has a Shopify rep tag and a discount code used for attribution Manager workflow See all leads; filter by store, rep, lead type, and status See assigned vs. unassigned and worked vs. unworked leads Assign manually, batch assign, reassign, and unlock leads Basic work-through rate and sales-by-rep tracking via rep tags/discount codes Statuses/dispositions (minimum set) New/Unworked, Assigned, Claimed, Working, No answer, Connected — sold, Connected — no sale, Connected — follow-up required, Payment link sent, SMS sent, Email sent, Customer service transfer, Retention transfer, Wrong number, Do not contact, Other (explanation required). Rule: every worked lead must have a disposition, notes, and a next step. Acceptable Manual Bridges for Phase 1 Orders: No in-CRM order form yet. The CRM shows the customer links, order/subscription history, and the rep's tag + discount code; the rep creates the order in Shopify/ReCharge, then returns to the CRM and updates the lead. Rep panel: No individual rep logins/queues required yet. A lead list by store with an assigned-rep dropdown, claim/self-assign button, lead lock, and manager reassignment is fine. Inbound calls: If real-time caller matching to a CRM profile is too hard, sync Aircall call logs after the call and allow manual search/matching by phone number. Attribution: Rep tags + discount codes + manual Shopify order ID entry, with manager review for unclear cases. Automated attribution (72-hour window, links, etc.) comes later. Phase 2 / 3 — Later (do not scope or quote now) Reporting dashboard (close rate, connection rate, sales, revenue, AOV, revenue by rep, refunds, work-through rate, commission on net revenue), full in-CRM order form with payment links synced to Shopify/ReCharge, automations (abandoned-checkout SMS/email, declined-payment recovery, rep scorecards, stale-lead and missed-follow-up alerts), appointments/scheduling, and AI features (call summaries, QA scoring, predictive/LTV scoring). Build Order Make leads from the 2 stores visible Connect Shopify, ReCharge, Aircall, and lead imports Customer profile with Shopify/ReCharge links Claim/assign/lock logic Dispositions, notes, next step Manager view (worked/unworked, assigned/unassigned) Basic work-through and sales-by-rep tracking via tags and discount codes Full order form only if it doesn't delay the basic CRM Tech Stack Open to your recommendation — a custom web app or a proven base you've shipped before — as long as it supports these integrations, we own the code and data, and it can grow into Phase 2/3. To Apply Start your proposal with the words "PHASE 1" so we know you've read this, and answer: The key question: which parts of Phase 1 can you deliver within 1–2 weeks, and where would you use the manual bridges first? Your experience with the Shopify, ReCharge, and Aircall APIs (links or examples) Proposed stack and why Phase 1 timeline and fixed price (milestone-based preferred) Availability and time-zone overlap with GMT+7 Proposals that don't answer question 1 will be skipped.
