I am looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build a voice AI appointment booking system for service businesses. The system should answer inbound calls, understand customer requests, check availability, book appointments, reschedule or cancel appointments, update CRM records, and send confirmations by SMS or email. This should be a controlled business automation system, not a generic chatbot. The AI should understand the customer’s intent, but the booking logic must be handled through clear business rules, calendar validation, and database workflows.
