I run an AI receptionist agency in the UK. We sell AI receptionist services to UK service businesses (plumbers, dental practices, bathroom fitters, conservatory companies and similar local businesses) I need an experienced Retell AI builder to handle all client fulfilment. When I close a new client you build their AI receptionist from scratch. This is an ongoing role with consistent work as the agency grows. *What You'll Be Doing* Building a fully customised AI receptionist on Retell AI for each new client. This includes writing natural conversational prompts, configuring the voice using ElevenLabs British accent voices, setting up call flows, handling FAQs, appointment booking logic. Connecting the agent to the client's phone number via SIP trunking or Twilio. Testing the build thoroughly by making test calls and ensuring it sounds natural and human (not robotic). Making ongoing tweaks and adjustments month to month as clients request changes. Flagging any technical issues and resolving them quickly. **What I Need From You** Experience specifically with Retell AI, not just general voice AI or chatbot experience. I need someone who has built on Retell before and knows the platform well. Ability to make AI voices sound genuinely natural and human. This is the most important thing. If it sounds robotic clients will churn. I need someone who knows how to write prompts that produce smooth natural conversation. Fast turnaround. New clients need their build completed within 72 hour
