Summary Please include: 1. A short description of similar n8n + AI projects you’ve completed (preferably involving custom website scrapping and automated document generation). 2. A brief explanation (3–5 sentences) of how you would approach stabilizing a workflow that pulls info and attachments from website, sends them to an AI model, generates a Word document, and automatically emails the final document. 3. Links or screenshots of relevant workflows (with sensitive information removed). 4. Your fixed total price quote for completing this assignment (not hourly), along with an estimated delivery timeline. 5. Provide a reply if you agree on the payment schedule that will be structured as follows: • 25% of the fixed quote amount will be paid after a working prototype or demo is provided and approved. • The next 25% will be paid once the project successfully passes the beta testing phase. • The remaining 50% will be paid after the automation has been operating successfully in real-life conditions for a continuous period of 2 weeks, with no issues detected. 6. Please also note and agree that the automation workflow that you will compete under this project, will not become your intellectual property. It can not be used by you in other projects.
