Summary I'm looking for an experienced AI automation developer to help me build and scale a white-label AI receptionist business. Initially, we'll start with a paid pilot project for one client. If the project is successful, I'm looking for a long-term developer to work with as new clients come on board. The ideal developer should have experience with: AI voice agents and AI receptionists Appointment booking systems CRM integrations Workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar) API integrations WhatsApp and SMS automations OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell AI or similar AI platforms The role You'll work directly with me to build AI receptionist systems that can: Answer incoming phone calls Book appointments into the client's calendar Answer frequently asked questions Collect customer information Transfer calls when required Send SMS confirmations and reminders Integrate with existing business software where needed Communication is very important. I plan to create a WhatsApp group with myself, the client and the developer so everyone stays on the same page throughout each project. I'm looking for someone who: Has excellent communication skills Can suggest improvements and solutions Builds reliable, scalable systems Is available for ongoing work as the business grows Please include examples of similar AI receptionist or automation projects you've completed, along with the platforms and technologies you used.
