Summary We are looking for an expert in GHL AI Audio Bot / AI voice automation to improve and build a production-grade AI calling system for a private dental practice. We already have a simple GHL automation and AI call setup. Now we need something much more reliable, polished, and production-ready. If you only know basic AI audio call setup, this project is not suitable. The AI should manage both inbound and outbound calls, handle patient enquiries, qualify leads, answer treatment and clinic questions, handle objections, follow up, book consultations, update CRM records, and record/transcribe/summarise calls. A strong knowledge base is very important. It should include clinic opening times, location, consultation process, pricing guidance, treatment duration, FAQs, suitability questions, objections, and human handover rules. Treatment areas: Cosmetic Dentistry: Composite Bonding, Smile Makeovers Teeth Straightening: Clear Aligners / Invisalign-style treatments Dental Implants: Single, multiple, and advanced implant enquiries We also need custom dashboard and custom reports, not just standard GHL dashboard/reporting. The custom dashboard and reports should clearly show: Leads received Inbound and outbound calls Calls answered/missed Qualified leads Consultations booked Follow-ups pending Treatment interest Conversion rates AI performance Human handover cases We also need Dentally integration where supported and custom API integrations where needed. The AI must answer accurately without hallucinating, repeating itself, missing information, getting stuck, or talking to itself.
