Strong performers may receive consistent, long-term work. CORE SKILLS We are primarily looking for experience with one or more of the following: • n8n • Make.com • Workflow automation • CRM automation • Webhooks • Data transformation • JSON • Spreadsheet and database automation • Email and messaging workflows • Document and file-management workflows • AI-assisted business automations • Reporting and dashboard workflows • Third-party software integrations Clearly identify the platforms and areas in which you are strongest. RESPONSIBILITIES Selected contractors will be expected to: • Review and understand project requirements • Translate business processes into functioning automations • Build organized and maintainable workflows • Test workflows before delivery • Identify edge cases and potential failure points • Implement appropriate error handling • Prevent duplicate processing where applicable • Troubleshoot technical issues independently • Provide clear progress updates • Meet agreed deadlines • Document completed work • Provide a recorded or live handoff when requested • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all projects and clients CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS All project information must be treated as confidential. Contractors must not: • Share client names or project details • Publish screenshots, recordings, workflows, or documents without written permission • Use completed projects in portfolios without written approval • Reuse confidential data, credentials, processes, or documentation • Discuss assignments with unauthorized third parties • Upload confidential project information into unauthorized platforms or tools Selected contractors may be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement before receiving access to project materials. QUALITY STANDARDS Completed work should include: • Clearly named and organized workflows • Reliable data handling • Appropriate error handling • Duplicate-prevention measures where relevant • Secure management of credentials • Testing with sample data • Basic technical documentation • A clear handoff process • Disclosure of any limitations or ongoing dependencies We are not looking for applicants who simply assemble workflows without understanding how they function. You must be able to explain, maintain, and troubleshoot your own work. ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE This position will begin with project-based contract assignments. The size, complexity, timeline, and compensation for each assignment will be discussed before work begins. Contractors will only be assigned projects that reasonably match their demonstrated skills. Consistent performance may lead to recurring assignments. HOW TO APPLY Begin your proposal with the word “AUTOMATION” so we know you read the full posting.
