Overview We are looking for talented AI/ML Engineers and Python Developers to join our engineering team and help build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready applications. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for contract-to-hire. You'll work on exciting projects involving machine learning, generative AI, backend development, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications. We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications. - Build scalable backend services using Python. - Develop and optimize machine learning models for production. - Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.). - Build data pipelines for training, inference, and analytics. - Develop RESTful APIs and microservices. - Design and optimize PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases. - Deploy applications using AWS cloud services. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills - Strong Python programming experience. - Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. - Experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - PostgreSQL or MongoDB. - AWS cloud services. - Git version control. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices. - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
