Description
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a proven track record of designing and shipping production-grade AI applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built scalable backend systems and modern AI solutions, including multi-agent architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool calling, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations. You'll own the technical implementation of our Phase 1 MVP, from architecture and backend development to AI workflows and production deployment. Responsibilities Architect and develop a production-ready multi-agent AI platform. Design and implement scalable RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval. Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing business workflows. Develop secure backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred). Build document ingestion pipelines for PDFs, Office documents, websites, emails, and structured data. Implement vector search, semantic retrieval, , and citation generation. Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and open-source models. Connect AI agents with CRMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, databases, and third-party APIs. Implement conversation memory, authentication, authorization, and monitoring. Optimize latency, scalability, reliability, and AI inference costs. Deploy and maintain production workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional backend software engineering experience. 3+ years b
