Summary We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) AI Automation Expert to build a fully autonomous AI appointment booking system for our business. The bot will be integrated into our website and must handle the entire appointment-booking process without human intervention. Accuracy and reliability are extremely important because we conduct online consultation sessions, and appointments must be scheduled correctly every time. Responsibilities: * Build an AI appointment booking bot inside GoHighLevel. * Integrate the bot with our website. * Collect the following information from website visitors: - Full Name - Email Address - Phone Number - Service they are interested in - Preferred meeting date & time * Create or update the contact in GoHighLevel automatically. * Book the appointment in the correct calendar based on the customer's selected availability. * Prevent double bookings and scheduling conflicts. * Automatically send appointment confirmations to the customer via email and/or SMS. * Automatically notify our staff member whenever a new appointment is booked. * Ensure the entire workflow is fully automated with minimal manual intervention. Requirements: We're looking for someone who has proven experience with: * GoHighLevel (GHL) * AI Voice/Chat Automations * GHL Calendars * Workflows & Automations * Conversation AI * Forms & Pipelines * CRM Automation * API integrations (if required) Ideal Candidate: * Has built AI appointment setters inside GoHighLevel before. * Understands customer journey and appointment scheduling best practices. * Can recommend improvements rather than simply following instructions. * Delivers clean, reliable, and scalable automation. * Excellent communication skills. * Can start immediately.
