Summary Hi! I’m looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build a complete system from start to finish. The system needs to connect to Telegram and monitor dispatcher voice notes 24/7. It should automatically listen to and transcribe each voice message, then use AI to determine whether the dispatch is a major emergency. Examples include structure fires, serious MVAs, rescues, hazmat incidents, water rescues, and other major emergency calls. The system should also identify the town, area, address, or location mentioned in the dispatch. I need to be able to set specific rules. For example, if the incident is in Monroe, Woodbury, Harriman, or any other locations I choose, and the incident matches one of my selected emergency types, the system should instantly send me a WhatsApp alert containing: • Incident type • Address/location • Google Maps link • Important details mentioned in the dispatch The system should ignore routine or non-emergency calls and only notify me about the incident types and locations I select. I am looking for someone who can build, test, deploy, and fully set up the entire system so it can run reliably 24/7. Please tell me: Have you built anything similar involving Telegram voice messages, speech-to-text, AI classification, or WhatsApp API? What technology would you use to build this? How would you make sure the system does not send too many false alerts? Can you fully deploy and set up the system for me from start to finish?
