Description
We are looking for an experienced WHMCS developer to perform an annual upgrade of our existing WHMCS installation. The work will be carried out in two stages: 1. Upgrade our staging server and verify everything is working correctly. 2. Once approved, perform the same upgrade on our production/live server. Upgrade WHMCS on our staging server, perform validation of custom hooks and functionality, then apply the upgrade to the production (live) server after successful testing. Scope of Work - Upgrade WHMCS on the staging server. - Verify that the system functions correctly after the upgrade. - Check compatibility of existing custom hooks and identify any issues. - Resolve any upgrade-related problems within the agreed scope. - After successful testing, upgrade the production/live server. - Ensure the website is fully operational after the upgrade. Requirements - Proven experience with WHMCS upgrades. - Strong understanding of WHMCS custom hooks and troubleshooting. - Experience working with staging and production/live environments. - Ability to perform the upgrade with minimal downtime. - Good communication and documentation throughout the project.
