Description

We're an SEO agency rebuilding our website. Because SEO is our business, this site must be technically exemplary, it's our sales demo as much as our website. What we have ready (this saves you significant time): 1. Complete Figma designs for every page (desktop + mobile) with a consistent design system 2. All content, copy, and page structure finalized Scope: a. ~10 pages at launch: homepage, service/problem pages, free audit page, how we work, founder page, blog template. More pages will be added later, so the build must be template-driven b. CMS integration so our marketing team can create new pages and blog posts from templates without a developer c. Contact/audit request forms, Calendly embed d. Full SEO implementation: structured data (JSON-LD) per template, meta management, XML sitemap, 301 redirect map from our current site, hreflang support Hard requirements (please don't apply if you can't meet these): 1. All pages must be fully server-rendered or statically generated, complete HTML in page source, no client-side-rendered content 2. Target: 90+ mobile PageSpeed score on every page 3. Site must be crawlable by AI search bots (GPTBot, PerplexityBot), not just Google In your proposal, please answer these four questions: 1. What technology stack do you recommend for this project, and why is it the right fit for the scope above (not just the stack you usually use)? 2. What's your fixed price and timeline, broken into milestones? 3. Share 2 live websites you've built on yo
