AI Automation Engineer – Build an End-to-End AI SDR (Lead Research + Personalized Outreach)

Summary We’re looking for an experienced AI automation engineer to build an end-to-end AI SDR that can autonomously identify prospects, research them, and send highly personalized outbound emails. This is not a simple email automation. We’re looking for someone who has built AI agents and complex automation workflows before. The tech stack I use currently is Google Maps, Google Sheets, n8n, Apollo and OpenAI API. Objective Build an AI SDR that can: 1. Search for businesses based on filters that we define within Google Maps. 2. Research each business. 3. Identify decision makers. 4. Generate personalized outreach. 5. Send emails automatically in gmail and apollo. 6. Track results in google sheets and avoid duplicate outreach. Example Workflow For example, I might enter: * Industry: Auto Repair Shops * Location: Boston, MA The AI should then: * Find businesses matching those filters. * Gather business information (Google Maps, website, phone number, email, etc.). * Research the company website. * Identify the owner or decision maker whenever possible. * Gather useful personalization such as: * Years in business * Number of locations * Services offered * Recent news * Reviews * Anything unique about the business * Generate a personalized cold email using that research. * Send the email automatically and also send follow up sequences automatically until they respond. * Log responses in google sheets or another free crm we can use so businesses are never contacted twice. The same workflow should work for any industry by simply changing the inputs, such as: * Auto repair shops * Moving companies * Security companies * HVAC * Plumbing * Dental offices * etc. The system should be flexible rather than hardcoded for one industry. I should be able to update the variables and search criteria seamlessly within n8n. Requirements Experience with some or most of the following: * AI Agents * n8n * OpenAI APIs * Web scraping * Google Maps data collection * Business research automation * Email automation * Apollo or similar outbound platforms * Prompt engineering * Workflow automation * Lead enrichment Deliverables A working system where I can simply provide: * Industry * City/State (or region) * Email campaign …and the AI SDR performs the entire workflow automatically from prospecting through outbound email. The workflow should be modular so additional research steps or different industries can easily be added later.
