Summary We are looking for an experienced Make.com automation specialist to build an automated lead capture and follow-up system for a UK construction business. The workflow should: * Capture leads from a website form or missed call trigger * Send an instant SMS to the caller within 60 seconds of a missed call or form submission * Store the lead in Google Sheets with all fields correctly mapped — name, phone, service, location, date and time * Send a structured lead brief to the business owner via Gmail instantly * Use Gemini AI to classify the lead by job type, urgency, and estimated value * Route hot leads to an instant SMS alert to the owner * Automatically send a follow-up SMS to the lead on day 3 and day 7 if no response * Send a Google review request SMS 30 days after job completion * Provide full documentation of the workflow and a Loom video walkthrough Requirements: * Strong experience with Make.com * Experience with ClickSend or Twilio for SMS integrations * Familiarity with Gemini AI or ChatGPT for lead classification * Experience with Google Sheets and Gmail integrations * Ability to build scalable and well-documented workflows * Good communication and fast turnaround Project Type: One-time project with potential ongoing work Experience Level: Intermediate Budget: $200 — $400 When applying please share: 1.
