I am looking to develop a softphone using twillio. It will be a browser etention that uses google console as tat back end. The extention will be for MS Edge browser Most of the program is written (mostly using AI). it now needs to be completed. I need a quote on how much time it will take to complete. Also please do not quote if you do not know Twillio and Google Console. Also make sure you open the files and look at the readme You will need the following experience: - Python Flask - Google Cloud Run - Google Secret Manager - Google Cloud Storage - Twilio Programmable Voice - Twilio Voice JavaScript SDK - Chrome/Edge Manifest V3 extensions - Browser microphone permissions / WebRTC - JavaScript, HTML, CSS
