Summary We’re looking for an experienced AI & Automation Specialist to help us build AI agents and internal automations that increase the efficiency of our fast-growing e-commerce business. This isn’t a typical automation role. We’re looking for someone who understands how modern e-commerce businesses operate and can identify opportunities to automate repetitive work, improve decision-making, and build AI agents that become part of our daily operations. What You’ll Do You’ll work directly with the founder to design, build, and improve AI-powered systems across our business. Examples include: * Building AI agents for marketing, operations, customer support, and internal workflows * Automating repetitive tasks across departments * Connecting different software through APIs and automation platforms * Creating AI assistants for our team * Improving reporting and decision-making using AI * Identifying new automation opportunities before we even ask You Should Understand A strong understanding of how a Meta-focused e-commerce business operates is essential. You should already be familiar with tools such as: * Meta Ads Manager * Facebook Ad Library * ClickUp * Slack * Google Drive * Google Sheets * Customer support platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.) * Spy tools (Minea, Pipiads, AdSpy or similar) * Shopify * AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) Bonus points if you’ve worked with: * n8n * Make.com * Zapier * LangChain * CrewAI * OpenAI Assistants / Responses API * MCP * Python * JavaScript * Airtable * Notion What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: * Has experience building AI agents and automations * Understands the daily operations of a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business * Thinks like an operator, not just a developer * Can turn vague ideas into working systems * Is proactive and continuously suggests improvements * Enjoys solving business problems using AI This Is NOT For You If * You only know prompt engineering but have never built production automations * You need detailed step-by-step instructions for every task * You don’t understand e-commerce operations * You’re uncomfortable learning new AI tools quickly Engagement * Part-time * Fully remote * Flexible working hours * Long-term opportunity How to Apply Please include: 1.
