We are a Canadian B2B dairy ingredient distributor looking for an AI automation freelancer to help us implement practical AI solutions for our business. We already have a clear list of projects we’d like to complete and are looking for someone with the technical skills to help us build them. This posting is for our first project, but if we’re a good fit to work together, there may be opportunities for additional freelance projects in the future. First Project Our initial priority is to build an AI-powered sales assistant that integrates with HubSpot and helps automate our sales prospecting process. The goal is to reduce the manual work involved in finding and developing new customers while improving the consistency of our outreach. The solution should be able to: • Research companies that are likely to purchase our products. • Identify qualified sales leads. • Find key decision-makers and contact information. • Create or update contacts and companies in HubSpot. • Organize prospects within our CRM. • Assist with drafting personalized outreach emails. • Help automate appropriate follow-up and outreach workflows within HubSpot. • Recommend sales opportunities based on our products and target markets. We are looking for someone who can recommend the best technical approach, build the solution, integrate it with HubSpot, and explain how it works so we can continue using and expanding it over time.
