Summary I’m an experienced business operator with a background in scaling businesses, eCommerce, and commercial strategy. I’m researching opportunities to build a productized AI consulting business focused on solving operational problems for SMEs. I’m looking for an experienced AI automation consultant who has delivered multiple client projects using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and CRMs. This is not a coding project. Instead, I want someone who can help me understand: * The most common AI implementations businesses are buying * Which projects generate the highest ROI * Which industries have the strongest demand * Which services are easiest to standardize * Which implementations lead to recurring revenue * What clients are willing to pay premium prices for * Which solutions are likely to become SaaS products over time Please include: 1.
