Summary Look — I run marketing and operations for a bunch of small businesses. An online store, some local service companies, a retail brand with a lot of locations. I started using Claude and Claude Code and I love it. I want to get really good at it. I'm not looking for someone to just do the work and hand it back. I want someone to teach me while we build real stuff on my actual businesses. I learn by doing. How we'd work: mostly async. We trade messages on Slack or Telegram, and you send me Loom videos walking through things. We jump on a call when we actually need one — not on some fixed schedule. You have to be comfortable on Loom (or something like it), because a lot of the teaching is going to happen that way. What I need from you: Show me how Claude Code actually works — the CLI, MCPs and connectors, Cowork, building agents, real prompting Build things with me on my businesses — reporting, content, data cleanup, ops — and explain what you're doing as you go so it sticks Give me stuff to try on my own, then check my work Tell me straight when something isn't worth automating You need to know this cold: Claude Code — CLI, hooks, slash commands, MCP servers, the agent SDK Building with the Claude API and connectors Real agent and prompt design, not just chatting with an AI How to teach a smart guy who isn't a developer without burying me in jargon Nice to have: you've automated marketing or e-commerce work before, good English, some overlap with US hours. Not what I want: n8n or Zapier generalists, or "I use ChatGPT all day." I want Claude and Claude Code specifically.
