Summary Build an AI-Powered Investment Report Platform (ChatGPT + Lovable) I’m looking for an experienced AI developer to build an internal reporting platform for my advisory firm. The goal is to create a web application that combines ChatGPT for content generation and Lovable for the frontend, workflow, and reporting experience. This is not a simple chatbot—it’s an AI-powered operating system for producing institutional-quality investment, lending, and advisory reports. About the Project The platform will ingest structured and unstructured information, including: * Financial statements * Tax returns * Bank statements * Business questionnaires * Meeting transcripts * PDFs * Pitch decks * Organizational documents * Notes and supporting files Using AI, it will generate professional reports that can be reviewed, edited, and exported. Examples include: * Executive Summaries * Investment Memorandums * Credit Memorandums * Deal Analysis Reports * Business Overviews * Financing Recommendations * Capital Structure Analysis * SWOT Analysis * Risk Analysis * Due Diligence Reports * Lender Packages * Investor Reports The final output should resemble reports produced by investment banks, private equity firms, or commercial finance advisors. Export polished PDF reports. Design Requirements The application should have a premium, enterprise-quality feel. I already have complete branding guidelines, including typography, color palette, spacing, layouts, and overall visual direction.
