[Repost with more specific details because I was bombarded with junk applications last time] We're a Google Workspace specialist with about 60 people serving 1,000+ businesses across four continents. I'm a technical integrator and sysadmin turned AI coder, strong at building but not a career programmer. Day to day, I ship a lot of new product bets personally (I'm strong at 0 to 1) and two junior engineers do some of the feature work as well as other internal apps for us. For the right person this grows into a long-term, deeper ownership of the console. The important bit: we're AI-native. About 90% of our code is written agentically with Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI. I vibe code. The juniors vibe code. Our agent codebase (FastAPI on Cloud Run, Anthropic's C
