Job Title: AI Outbound Systems Builder (Logistics Startup)** 📍 Remote | Project-Based (with potential ongoing role) Mission I’m building a UK-based long-distance courier company from scratch. I need someone to design and implement a **working outbound + AI system** that generates leads, starts conversations, and helps secure our **first paying contract within 30 days**. This is not a branding or content role. This is a **revenue-focused build**. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will build a simple, effective system that includes: 1. Lead Generation Engine * Source 50–150 targeted leads per day (UK-based businesses) * Focus on industries like medical, dental, legal, and high-priority logistics * Use tools like Apollo, Clay, or scraping methods 2. Cold Email System * Set up domain + inboxes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) * Configure email warm-up * Build and launch cold email campaigns * Achieve sending capacity of 1,000+ emails/week 3. AI Personalisation + Reply Handling * Use Claude or similar AI to: * Personalise outbound emails * Categorise replies * Draft response emails * Improve reply rates and speed of response 4. CRM + Pipeline Tracking * Build a simple CRM (Airtable or Notion) * Track leads from: * Contacted → Replied → Call → Deal * Ensure no leads are lost 5. Automation Layer (Optional but Preferred) * Connect systems using Zapier or Make * Automate lead → email → CRM flow * Automate reply handling notifications Success Metrics Within 14–21 days: * 1,000+ emails sent per wee
