I’m building Dependency Guardian, a developer/security SaaS that blocks malicious npm and PyPI packages before they install, especially when AI coding agents add dependencies. Current website: westbayberry.com I self-host everything on my own servers. I do not use Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Elementor, or third-party website builders. For this first project, I want a small paid test: design and build only the hero section of the landing page as clean, responsive static HTML/CSS. Deliverables: 1. Figma design for the hero section 2. index.html 3. styles.css 4. Optional main.js only if needed 5. Local /assets folder 6. Mobile responsive layout 7. Basic SEO title and meta description 8. No Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or Elementor 9. No external CDNs unless approved 10. No Google Fonts unless locally bundled 11. No third-party tracking scripts 12. Clean code I can host on my own server Budget: $75 fixed for the hero-section test. This is a test project. If the work is strong, I may hire for the full landing page after the product messaging is finalized.
