Summary About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber Executive AI Coach to work 1-on-1 with a dynamic entrepreneur and practicing attorney. Our principal manages a successful law practice alongside a diverse portfolio of businesses. They are already using Claude.ai but want to unlock its full potential to maximize efficiency, automate routine thought-work, and scale their output. This is not a generic AI tutoring role. You will act as a strategic partner, deeply understanding their legal and business workflows to design custom prompting frameworks, build advanced workflows, and discover innovative use cases specifically for Claude.ai. Key Responsibilities 1-on-1 Executive Coaching: Conduct targeted, high-impact coaching sessions tailored to a busy executive's schedule. Advanced Prompt Engineering: Teach advanced prompting techniques (e.g., XML tagging, system prompts, chain-of-thought prompting, and multi-shot examples) tailored to legal and business contexts. Workflow Optimization: Analyze current business and legal workflows (contract analysis, market research, content creation, executive summaries) and integrate Claude seamlessly into them. Use-Case Discovery: Proactively identify new ways Claude can save time across a portfolio of businesses, from ideation to operational execution. Custom Tooling: Help set up and optimize Claude Projects, custom instructions, or artifacts to create repeatable business assets. Who You Are Claude.ai Power User: You have an intimate, expert-level understanding of Anthropic’s Claude models, their strengths, context window advantages, and quirks compared to other LLMs. Executive Presence: You are an excellent communicator who can explain highly technical AI concepts simply, concisely, and practically to a high-level executive.
