Job Title: HTML/CSS Website — Upload, Connect Domain, Swap Photos, Final Polish Budget: $50-Fixed Price Timeline: Needed within 2 days Description: I am looking for a skilled front-end developer for a straightforward but important project. Most of the heavy lifting has already been done by AI. I need someone to take it across the finish line. What is already done: All website content is written and approved (8 pages, bilingual English and Spanish) Color palette, typography, and design direction are defined Logo files are ready in both light and dark versions All photos are labeled and organized with instructions for where each goes Navigation structure is defined including dropdown menu What I need you to do: Build or finalize clean HTML/CSS from the content and design brief I provide 8 pages total: Home, About, two initiative pages, Partners, Products, Sister Cities, Contact Bilingual layout (English and Spanish side by side on each page) Dropdown navigation menu Contact form that sends submissions to a specific email address Swap in labeled photos in the correct locations Responsive and mobile-friendly Connect completed site to my domain via Netlify or similar What I am NOT looking for: Content writers (all text is done) Logo designers (logo is done) Anyone who needs to make design decisions from scratch The ideal candidate: Has built clean HTML/CSS multi-page sites before (please share examples) Is comfortable working from a detailed brief rather than designing from scratc
