Summary Monitor site uptime, performance, and resolve bugs/errors as they arise Apply regular updates to core systems, dependencies, and security patches Fix broken links, forms, or functionality issues Perform database maintenance, backups, and optimization Make minor content updates and UI adjustments as needed Proactively monitor for and fix security vulnerabilities Provide monthly status reports summarizing work done and recommendations Requirements: Proven experience in website maintenance and support Strong knowledge of relevant backend/frontend technologies Experience with database management and security best practices Fast response time and clear communication Ability to work independently and prioritize issues effectively Nice to Have: Experience maintaining finance/fintech-related platforms Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO best practices Engagement: Ongoing/retainer-based (hours per month to be discussed) Please share examples of similar maintenance projects you've handled, along with your typical response time for urgent issues.
