Summary We run Click-to-Messenger ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). When a lead DMs us, GoHighLevel receives the conversation via the Facebook Messenger integration. We need the following Meta attribution data to automatically populate custom fields on the GHL contact record at the point the contact is created: Ad ID Ad Name Campaign ID Campaign Name Ad Set ID Ad Set Name The custom fields are already built in GHL. The solution just needs to write the correct values into them. We have already attempted: 1. The Messenger Ref parameter approach 2. A Make.com webhook integration We have reached the limits of our skills here with neither being successfully implemented. We need someone who has solved this specific problem before and can get it working reliably. This is a one-time setup task. Once it's working and tested on a live lead, the job is done. Before applying, please describe in your proposal exactly how you would solve this - specifically how you would extract the Meta ad attribution data from a DM (not a lead form) and write it into GHL contact custom fields. Proposals without a clear method will not be considered. We are open to any solution - Make.com, Zapier, a custom webhook, or otherwise. Note we already have active accounts with both Make.com and Zapier, so either platform is available to use immediately.
