Description

Summary Post body: We're a growing AI automation agency building systems for home remodeling companies — things like AI phone receptionists, instant speed-to-lead follow-up, and the automations that tie it all together. We're looking for a technical partner to own the build side of that work with us, long-term. This isn't a one-and-done gig. As we bring on clients, you build their systems. We handle sales, strategy, and the client relationship — you handle the tech. The better we do together, the more you make. What you'd be building: 1. AI voice receptionists that answer calls, book appointments, and qualify leads 2. Speed-to-lead automations (instant SMS/call the moment a lead comes in) 3. Backend automations and integrations to connect everything 4. Mostly built on GoHighLevel, plus voice AI tools and automation platforms (n8n / Make / Zapier / APIs) How the pay works (revenue share): 50% of every build fee — our builds run $4,000–$5,000, so that's $2,000–$2,500 per client build. 20% of the monthly retainer — ongoing, so roughly $200–400/mo recurring per client, for as long as that client stays. As we sign more clients, your recurring income stacks. This rewards someone who wants to grow with us, not just clear a single ticket. Timing: We're bringing on clients now. To start, I'd want to build out a reusable demo system with you (an AI receptionist + speed-to-lead flow for a remodeler) so we're aligned and ready to move fast the moment a client signs. First paid client build follows shortly after. To apply, do these two things (I skip everyone who doesn't): 1. Send a link to something relevant you've built — GHL, voice AI, or a speed-to-lead automation. 2. In a few sentences: how would you build an AI receptionist for a remodeling company that never misses a call and books qualified jobs? No generic pitches. Show me the work and how you think.
