Description

Founding AI Automation Architect – Build the AI Growth Department for a 30-Year Security Company (Long-Term Opportunity) About Us We are a well-established contract security company operating in the New York City market for nearly 30 years. This is NOT a chatbot project. We are looking for a long-term technical partner to help build what we refer to as our AI Growth Department. Our goal is simple: Use AI and automation to acquire more security contracts, identify security companies for acquisition, and build a repeatable competitive advantage. This project has multiple phases and is intended to become a long-term relationship. ⸻ Phase One – Hours Acquisition Engine The first objective is building an AI system that helps us generate qualified meetings with commercial real estate decision makers. The system should eventually be able to: • Identify office buildings, residential properties and commercial real estate portfolios that are likely to need security services. • Research decision makers. • Estimate the number of weekly security hours each opportunity represents. • Score opportunities based on geography, size and likelihood of winning. • Draft personalized outreach. • Automate follow-up. • Schedule qualified meetings. • Prepare meeting briefs (“battle cards”) before every appointment. ⸻ Phase Two – Security Company Acquisition Engine The second objective is building a system that identifies independent security company owners who may be interested in selling their busines
