I'm a marketing consultant with a client project ready to build. I have three fully designed, pixel-complete HTML/CSS mockups (Home, About, and a Results/Case Studies page) and need an experienced Elementor developer to rebuild them faithfully in WordPress, on an existing Hello Elementor + Elementor Pro site. This is build-to-spec, not design. Layouts, copy, colours and fonts are done. I need them reproduced exactly - desktop and mobile layout - without the result looking like a generic template. Critical: the current site is exceptionally fast and I need it to stay that way. It scores top marks on PageSpeed/GTmetrix with excellent load times and SEO. Your build must preserve that - clean, lightweight markup, optimised images, no plugin bloat, no bloated page weight. If your Elementor builds typically tank Core Web Vitals, this isn't the job for you. Speed is a pass/fail requirement, not a nice-to-have.
