Summary Description: We are looking for an experienced specialist to help us validate a large contact database before importing it into GoHighLevel (GHL). Our primary goal is to identify invalid or incorrectly formatted phone numbers and provide a clean CSV ready for import. Current setup * Contact database in CSV format (Name, Email, Phone Number) * GoHighLevel (GHL) as our CRM * Twilio account already exists but is not currently connected to GHL. Future integration may be considered separately. Scope of work 1. Review our requirements. 2. Recommend the best phone number validation service for this use case. 3. Compare available options (price, accuracy, speed, API capabilities, CSV support). 4. Configure the selected service. 5. Validate our CSV database. 6. Export the results into CSV. 7. Explain the validation results and recommend which records should be imported into GHL. Required features The validation service should support: * CSV upload * Phone number validation * CSV export * Ideally provide the reason why a phone number is invalid (invalid format, inactive, impossible number, etc.) Future consideration In the future we would like to automate phone validation for new contacts before they enter GHL. This is not required for this project, but please mention whether your recommended solution supports: * API * GoHighLevel integration * Zapier / Make / webhooks * Any other automation method Services we are already considering * Trestle IQ * PhoneValidation.app * Tomba.io If you know a better solution, please explain why you recommend it.
