Summary I am looking for a senior Python developer with proven experience building and maintaining production-grade cryptocurrency trading systems. This project is NOT about creating a new trading bot or developing a new trading strategy. The trading bot is already feature-complete and has been under active development for approximately 10 months. It consists of more than 160 Python modules and over 87,000 lines of production code. The system supports multiple users and trades Bitget Isolated Futures through the official API. It includes advanced order management, risk management, technical analysis, machine learning components, monitoring, logging, recovery systems, configuration management, database integration, Telegram notifications, and many supporting services. The primary objective is to perform a complete technical review of the entire codebase and deliver a clean, stable, production-ready version of the software. Your responsibilities include: • Review every module and every important component. • Improve code quality, readability, maintainability, and overall architecture. • Refactor where appropriate without changing the existing behavior. • Preserve every existing feature unless it is clearly unnecessary, duplicated, or technically unsafe. • If any component is removed or replaced, document exactly what was changed and explain the reason. • Detect hidden bugs, race conditions, edge cases, architectural weaknesses, and potential future issues. • Improve stability, reliability, error handling, performance where appropriate, and long-term maintainability. • Verify that every existing feature continues working correctly after your changes. • Suggest improvements that increase reliability without changing the trading logic. The project already has comprehensive technical documentation describing the architecture, modules, workflows, and system design. Please review the documentation carefully before providing your quotation. Although this job is posted as hourly, I prefer a fixed-price contract. Please review the documentation first and then provide your fixed-price quotation for the complete project. I am interested in paying for a successful final delivery rather than paying based on tracked hours. The final deliverable must be a fully functional, production-ready trading system where all existing features continue to work correctly. The codebase should be cleaner, more maintainable, and more reliable than before. Along with the completed project, I expect a detailed final report describing all important changes, improvements, bug fixes, refactoring work, and any removed components together with the reasons for their removal.
