Summary Job DescriptionOverview:I am an experienced business owner looking to hire a seasoned Software Architect to build a technical blueprint (specification document) for an early-stage consumer travel utility web application.I am NOT looking for full-stack coding or development labor at this stage. I am looking for the "master architect" who can translate my business rules and Excel-based logic into a clean, modern data structure, system flow chart, and step-by-step technical instructions.The purpose of this blueprint is to allow me to securely build the user-facing prototype myself using AI coding tools (e.g., Bolt.new, Cursor) and hand off the complex backend scripts to a freelancer later.The App Concept:A mobile-optimized web application called Toll Direct Pass. It helps vacationing families bypass rental car toll fees by allowing them to register their temporary rental car license plate, input travel dates, pay a one-time flat fee ($4.99) via Stripe, and have their toll bills managed directly.Scope of Work / Deliverables Required:Database Schema: Complete database table architecture (Users, Vehicles, Tolls, Transactions) mapped cleanly for scalability.
