Summary Project Overview We are looking for an experienced developer or small development team to build a modular AI-powered email outreach application. The goal is to develop a workflow that creates highly personalized outreach emails, allows each email to be reviewed and approved before sending, and automates follow-up communication. The solution should be designed as a reusable application that can support multiple outreach campaigns, different topics, and various target audiences. This is a fixed-price project. We expect a fully functional, production-ready application upon delivery. Project Requirements The application should include the following features: * Import contacts from CSV or other suitable data sources. * Generate highly personalized outreach emails using AI. * Use additional information about each recipient (e.g. company website, LinkedIn profile, company information, or other publicly available data) to improve personalization. * Provide a user interface where every generated email can be reviewed, edited if necessary, and approved before sending. * Send approved emails automatically. * Monitor incoming email replies. * If no reply is received within 14 days, automatically send a personalized follow-up email. * Provide a dashboard showing the status of each contact (Draft, Approved, Sent, Replied, Follow-up Sent, etc.). * Support multiple outreach campaigns with different prompts, templates, and business use cases. * Be designed in a modular and extensible way so additional workflows and features can easily be added later. Technical Requirements We expect the solution will likely be built using technologies such as: * n8n as the workflow automation platform * Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or another modern LLM * Integration with email providers (SMTP, Gmail, or similar) * A database to manage contacts, workflow states, and email history * A lightweight web interface or dashboard for reviewing, approving, and monitoring campaigns We are open to alternative technical architectures if you can clearly explain why they are a better solution. What We Provide We will provide all required credentials and services, including: * API keys for the selected AI models * Email service credentials * Any other required API tokens Deliverables This is a fixed-price project.
