Full Stack Developer Needed for QR Code Property Operations Web App

Summary We are a UK property management company looking to develop our own internal operations platform to improve the way we manage contractors and record work carried out at our properties. This project is the first phase of what we expect to become a long-term platform, so we are looking for a developer who is interested in building an ongoing working relationship rather than simply completing one project. Every property will have a unique QR code displayed in the communal kitchen. When a contractor scans the QR code using their phone, they should be taken to a mobile-friendly webpage. The system will initially support three types of contractor: • Cleaning • Gardening • Fire Alarm Testing After scanning the QR code, the contractor will select the type of visit they are carrying out and complete a simple report. Cleaning: The cleaner will- • Select their name • Upload multiple photos of the completed clean • Enter comments • Submit the report Gardening: The gardener will- • Select their name • Upload before photos • Upload after photos • Enter comments • Submit the report Fire Alarm Testing: The contractor will- • Select their name • Complete a simple checklist • Record any faults or comments • Submit the report We require a secure admin dashboard where we can: • Add, edit and remove properties • Generate unique QR codes for each property • View all submitted reports • Search and filter reports • View uploaded photos • View contractor comments • See submission date and time This is Version 1 only. Future modules are likely to include further contractor. We therefore want someone who can build a solid foundation that can easily be expanded in the future. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer who has previously built business systems, internal dashboards or similar web applications.
