DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ASSEMBLY (Portal) EXPERIENCE We are a fast-growing SEC-registered Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with multiple brands and a strong focus on automation. Our technology stack supports client onboarding, CRM, document generation, and internal advisor workflows. We are looking for a long-term technical partner to take ownership of our existing Assembly + Zoho ecosystem. This is not a greenfield project. The platform is already built and approaching launch. Your initial focus will be helping us launch successfully, understanding the current architecture, resolving issues, and ensuring the platform is reliable. Over time, you’ll help maintain, enhance, and expand the system as our business grows. Initial Responsibilities * Learn and understand our existing Assembly implementation. * Support the production launch of our client portal. * Maintain and enhance the existing Zoho CRM ↔ Assembly integration. * Maintain and enhance existing Make.com scenarios connecting Assembly, Zoho CRM, and other business systems. * Troubleshoot issues reported by advisors and operations. * Implement enhancements and workflow improvements. * Document significant changes and important architectural decisions. * Recommend improvements to the platform when appropriate. What We’re Looking For Required * Hands-on Assembly experience (required). * Experience with Zoho CRM. * Experience with Make.com. * Strong written and spoken English. * Ability to understand and maintain an existing production system rather than rebuilding it from scratch. * Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. * Strong communication and responsiveness. Nice to Have * Deluge scripting. * API integrations. * Google Workspace integrations. * Experience working with financial services or other professional services firms. * AI integrations. Workload This is a long-term engagement. During the launch and stabilization period, we expect approximately 5–10 hours per week. Once the platform is stable, the workload will likely decrease to up to 5 hours per week, with occasional larger enhancement projects. We work primarily in the Pacific Time Zone. Some overlap is preferred for meetings and troubleshooting, but most communication is asynchronous. How to Apply Please include: 1. A short introduction about yourself. 2.
