Summary AI Voice Agent Web Application Developer Needed (Fixed-Price, One-Time Project) Project Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Developer or AI Development Team to build a complete, enterprise-grade web-based AI Voice Agent platform for outbound sales campaigns in the United Kingdom. This is a one-time, fixed-price development project. Our objective is to own a fully independent web application that will be delivered with complete source code, documentation, and deployment support. Once the platform is completed and handed over, our internal team will manage and operate it without requiring ongoing developer involvement. We are looking for a developer with proven expertise in conversational AI, telephony, VoIP, speech technologies, and scalable web application development. Project Objective Develop a secure, professional, and user-friendly web application that enables us to: * Run multiple outbound sales campaigns. * Upload and manage our own customer data. * Upload and edit campaign scripts. * Configure AI voice agents. * Connect our preferred outbound dialer system. * Assign live human closers. * Monitor campaign performance. * Record and review calls. * Operate the entire platform independently after delivery. The completed platform should be fully customizable by our team without requiring programming knowledge. AI Voice Agent Requirements The AI voice agents should: * Conduct natural and conversational outbound calls. * Use high-quality British English voices. * Include at least 8–10 premium male and female voice options. * Understand customer responses in real time. * Ask follow-up questions naturally. * Handle common objections and rebuttals. * Follow campaign-specific scripts and conversation flows. * Qualify potential customers before transferring them to a human closer. * Maintain professional and engaging conversations throughout the call. Campaign Management The platform must allow us to create and manage unlimited campaigns, including: * Road Traffic Accident Claims * Housing Disrepair * Business Energy Claims * PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) Claims * Financial Claims * Legal Services * Lead Generation * Appointment Setting * Other sales campaigns For each campaign, we should be able to: * Create campaign names. * Upload and edit scripts. * Configure qualification questions. * Upload rebuttal responses. * Select AI voices. * Configure transfer rules. * Set campaign schedules. * Enable or disable campaigns instantly. --- ## Script & Data Management The system must allow us to manage everything ourselves through the dashboard. This includes: * Upload customer data (CSV/Excel/API). * Upload campaign scripts. * Edit scripts at any time. * Create multiple script versions. * Upload rebuttal libraries. * Manage qualification questions. * Configure AI conversation flows. No developer assistance should be required after handover. Dialer Integration The application must integrate with our preferred outbound dialer solution. Required features include: * Dialer integration via API or SIP. * Customer data upload. * Bulk outbound calling. * High-volume outbound calling capability (approximately 1,500–2,000 calls per day or more, depending on infrastructure). * Scalable architecture for future growth. Human Call Transfer The platform must allow us to upload and manage our own closer numbers. Required functionality includes: * Upload multiple closer telephone numbers. * Assign closers to individual campaigns. * Intelligent routing of qualified calls. * Warm transfer capability (preferred). * Configurable transfer rules. * Backup closer routing. --- Call Recording & Monitoring The platform should include: * Automatic call recording. * Secure recording storage. * Recording playback and download. * Searchable call history. * Live call monitoring. * Real-time campaign monitoring. * Conversation transcripts (if supported). --- Dashboard & Reporting A professional dashboard should display: * Active campaigns. * Live calls. * Connected calls. * Qualified leads. * Transferred calls. * AI performance. * Campaign statistics. * Daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Call durations. * Conversion metrics.
